My notes sync between my iPhone and iCloud no problem. But they will not sync between my macbook (15" macbook pro 2018 model) and icloud or icloud and the macbook. This started about two weeks ago. I thought it might be because the icloud drive was full, so i cleared that out. Nope. I signed out of icloud and resigned in. Didn't do it either. I restarted, made sure the system (10.13.6) is fully up to date, etc. I've followed all the steps on the mac side in several of the articles you can google out there on steps to take to fix syncing issues.
I'm at a complete loss at this point and welcome any thoughts or suggestions.
