how the heck do I set one one. I found the options under notes but once I set a pass and my fingerprint I still can get into all my notes with out it,am I missing a step

It needs to be set individually to each note through the share button

I think you're supposed to close the notes app from the switcher for the change to take place.

edit: most likely a bug. Also, be careful because if you lock a note and decide to roll back to 9.2 you won't be able to open it.
