I know this a dumb question...

in ios9 are we able to scribble on the part of the note where the typing is?

Maybe I'm using it wrong. I'm on a 6+ Please help.

No...and that's disappointing. I was hoping to be able to annotate pictures, like you now can in mail.

Thank you. I thought I must be missing something. It seems to me that it would be a given that once you add scribble functionality that users would want to scribble where ever they want in notes including on their text and on photos.

I'm lost on how that is something that wasn't included on the first go round. I'm shocked that after all these versions we're just now getting scribble anyway. But they'll probably call it a revolutionary feature that is an entirely new way to interact with notes when they do release it. smdh
