Notes widget customization

I’d like when I open the notes widget on my iPhone to default to a folder rather than a specific note. I see that when I long press on the widget and hit “edit widget” It will default to a specific note but I don’t see a way to have it go to iCloud or any other folder. When I open notes I’d like the see a list a all the current notes I’m working on, not the same specific note every time. Is this possible to change?

Just swipe to the left, when selecting the notes widget (where you can select different widget sizes)?

Thank! I didn’t realize that was an option when I added the widget.
