Notes

I skipped upgrading Notes in iOS 9 (so that I could continue to use Notes inside Mail on Snow Leopard). Having now gone to iOS 10, I am presented with this:

This time there is no option to skip. If I upgrade Notes, will I lose the ability to have them on a non iCloud Mac (as I would have done if I had upgraded them last year)?

Maybe just join the party and use the notes app? It's not that bad... in fact, good enough to ditch evernote. You are on Snow Leopard? Time to upgrade.

Yes, it probably is time to upgrade. It's just that I'm still using some PPC apps.
