Ok, when i use rich white and rich black in notes and than copy and paste this item and change from light screen to dark screen they disappear. Has any one else experienced this issue?

JUst highlight the pasted text and change the font color back to white or black. Depending on what color the note you pasted it to.

Unwise to use custom colours if you will be moving between light and dark screens.

That tends to happen when you use light colours on a light theme background...

Shift-alt-cmd-V to paste without the formatting, then you'll avoid those issues
