For those who don’t know, goto control center hard press flash light icon, new bar will come up then move it up or down. Using on iPad. AirPods can be connected by hard pressing music icon, press top right arrow and you will see list of choices including AirPods.

The flashlight intensity options are also there in iOS 10 as well (at least for 3D Touch devices).
 
You could do this before If I remember. Beforehand you could choose low intensity, medium intensity and high intensity.

Yes just checked on iPhone 6s but this is little different you have slider and 4 adjustment level. Another thing find out when after taking screenshot there’s cool animation this was not there before i am sure.

I was hoping in 11.....you would get a timer option so you could use it as a night light. . . . That you could set to turn off like a sleep timer.
