Prior to iOS 11 and Watch OS 4 when I got a notification on my watch, like say a WhatsApp message, if I unlocked my phone without interacting with the watch notification, the banner notification on the phone would still slide down and I could tap it to take me into the app.
Now, if I get the notification on my watch, when I unlock the phone the banners do not slide down yet the app icon still shows the red badge.
I'm not sure if this is intended behavior or a glitch.
