Notification Actions Lag

Running ios9.1 Beta 2 and I've noticed that responding to texts while using apps (especially games) causes the pull down action to lag out and makes it nearly impossible to use. Anyone else having this problem/is it fixed in newer developer betas or with more RAM in 6s?

My iPhone 5 lags horrifically when using the pull-down quick reply. Others have noted it too. Pisses me off that a bug that nasty made it all the way into 9.1

I will receive a 6s+ in two weeks so hopefully the faster hardware will resolve the issue but I swear it worked better before 9.0

Still lags in 9.1 b3, and also lags on my friend's iPhone 6. I've submitted feedback several times now, once for each update that STILL LAGS.
