So it's not even a notification per configuration of the Notification center, what is this thing called?
(Might help me with searches or support.)

Here is a screen shot; it always shows on the upper right hand corner and mentions something being mounted or unmounted successfully including Application mounts.

Has anyone had this problem? It's just stuck there. It stays until the next one pops up and then that one stays, and so on.

Are you running some software that might affect notifications?

When you say it's not even a notification per configuration of the Notification center, what do you mean? Does it go away when you turn on Do Not Disturb?

I don think I’m running anything to cause this. What I’m saying is the bubble (see screenshot) looks different from how notifications typically look, and there is not a option for controlling system level notifications like these under the Notification Center, it is all for specific apps.

Have you tried turning on Do Not Disturb?

Have you tried starting in safe mode? If it doesn't happen in safe mode when you mount a drive or whatever, it's some software you're using.

Appears this has been moved to another category, in case you're wondering why no one else is replying.

From searching I've read this is very similar to the hardware growl app that was a third-party application:

The description is on point, a notification system that shows mounting and unmounting of volumes. It's called HardwareGrowler.

So I'm assuming that Apple bought this software and made it apart of the macOs. If so, what is it now called on macOs so I can disable it? The last bubble shown never leaves the screen.

I think it is due to cleanGenius software I am running.. will test.

edit: yep, that was it.
