iPhone Notification Center as Lockscreen w/o Having to Drag Down?

Is there a Cydia tweak that allows Notification Center to appear on the lockscreen default without having to drag it down (Possible via Bulletin)?

I find it sort of pointless to have NC on lockscreen if all my txt messages would appear on my lockscreen whenever they're received, and dragging my NC down would basically just show the txt messages again... Kinda redundant...

Thanks! I actually bought Lockinfo but it was buggy on my iPhone 4 w/ iOS 6.

Hmm.. Might have to reconsider a total lockscreen replace like you mentioned then ...

I would go with Lockinfo personally. It's updated almost all the time from David..
 
Springtimize offers this. Turn it on and by default it'll remain on your lockscreen I think. I removed springtomize but I remember I was so excited when he added the NC access to the lockscreen. But 9 times out of 10 it was automatically opened when I wanted the opposite to happen. I only wanted access some times when I needed it. I didn't want it automatically to appear.

Bulletin gives you access but I don't think its exposed by default.

Bulletin does, I suggest bulletin against Springtomize2. Just enable it for bulletin and stroll a bit down for "display state" and set it to "default show". You can slide it back up to hide the notification center smoothly. Springtomize for some reason, uses a different code, and won't move the notification smoothly. It's.. "more heavy" meaning even if you flick it back up, it'll drop back down.
