Anyone having a bug where Notification Center is blank when swiping down? Most recent notifications show up, but when scrolling down beyond more recent notifications, notification list becomes blank.

Nope. 10.2.1 beta 2. Have always updated to developer betas right when they've dropped. watchOS 3.1.3 beta too

I'd rather not. Prefer settings stay in tact. Let's see how long it persists. May first try uninstalling/reinstalling individual apps.

@alecc131: did you ever figure this out? Seems like after you have about 25 or so, multi-line notifications, it like runs out of space and starts giving you a blank screen.

I have another issue now though. Health is significantly draining battery. See screenshots from Battery UI. Any thoughts?? 10.3

Yes. I turned off Speak Screen in Accessibility. Fixed the issue.
Damn, should have waited for your reply before I reset all settings. I can confirm even after reset, toggling Speak Screen, for some reason causes this issue.

Mine does, but I kind of liked it. I turned off most of the notification. So, generally it remain blank or empty. It's really not a problem for me.
