I read on Apple that could access the notification center even from the locked screen, by tapping on the screen and going down with your finger. Well, it doesn't work for me. It only works once I unlock the screen. Opinions? Thanks.

For me, it only works when you get more then one notification while the phone is locked, then it will appear. Haven't been able to view the weather from the lock screen, which I thought was suppose to be a new feature as well.

the lock screen does not allow you to see the notification drop down menu.

the lock screen WILL show you your notifications, though. IF those notifications occurred while the phone was locked. if you lay your phone down, have someone text it, and don't touch it until that text is received and the phone goes into sleep mode again, then the notification will appear on the lock screen.

it's very simple to do a search, people. jesus christ.

Notification Center aka the thing you pull down from the top, is only available once unlocked.

You will however get notifications in the lock screen
