Notification Center keeps rearranging itself

Hey everybody, my notification center keeps rearranging all the widgets every time i restart my computer. For example I have Fantastical on top which winds up on the bottom every restart. Happens with all the widgets, like Monity (which winds up always on top) etc. Any way to LOCK widgets in places?

Nobody? Am I the only one?

Mine keeps doing this also. It's persisted through many versions of El Capitan, from the official release to the public beta's going out. It seems it happens when you reboot and it's really annoying.
