Quick question:

I noticed that on my iPhone 7 with the latest iOS10 updates, I can still access Notification Center on my Lock Screen, by swiping down from the very top of the screen (there is no bar at the top signifying that there is an option to pull this down).

I'm pretty sure that pre iOS 10, there was an option to disable this however, I can't seem to find this anywhere??

I can find options to disable individual apps from appearing in the Notification Center on the Lock Screen, however, this is not the same as disabling the Notification Center itself, from being able to be accessed from the Lock Screen?

On my iPhone 6S if i go to Settings > Touch ID & Passcode then scroll to the bottom there are toggles to turn on and off what you want available when locked.

Yup, same place as before iOS 10.
