Dismiss the lock screen and return to it. You can turn your screen off and on.Hi guys, when I pull up the Notification Centre on the lock screen on an iPhone 6, how can I then pull it back down / remove it without removing all the notifications?
Thanks mate. So the only way is to run screen off and back on again? No swiping down or anything else?Dismiss the lock screen and return to it. You can turn your screen off and on.
Well, swiping down brings down the Notification Center, which is already on the screen. So then the choice is to swipe up to close Notification Center (which I believe clears the lock screen notifications) or essentially press the side/lock button to turn the screen off or let the screen turn off on it its own (which supposedly will leave the lock screen alerts alone). Thanks mate. Nope. Just tried swiping up and down and neither gets rid of NC. The only way is as greyos suggested.Well, swiping down brings down the Notification Center, which is already on the screen. Yes, you are correct. Not sure why but what I was describing there was more like how it used to work before the whole "cover sheet" approach to the lock screen, when it was consistent with how things work when the phone is actually unlocked.Nope. Yup. But me being Mr reminders needed all the time, if it remained on lock scree, every time I turn the screen on, I'd be reminded. You can always swipe up to see old notifications
