After installing the update on my iPhone 6, I noticed that both the Notification & Control Centres can't be accessed any more. Swiping from the top or bottom does nothing.

After numerous restarts and hard resets both centres still didn't work. So I decided to use the AssistiveTouch as it's the only other way to access them, however still they don't appear when you try to launch them from that menu. It's like as if they have been deleted from the OS. Does anyone know how to get them back without the need to wipe the phone?

Not sure if anyone else has this issue, been looking all over the net for any mention of it. But I feel like I'm the only one in the world that has this. I've reported to Apple but I want people to know of the issue just in case they get it.
