Notifications Icon different (??)

I noticed that everyone else's notifications icon on the menu bar is a target. Mine looks more like a Reminders icon. Anyone else have this or know how to change it?

Perhaps you're thinking of the Time Machine icon? Not sure. Anyway, remember that the ConCat is always on your side!

The target icon was used in the beta versions of Mountain Lion, it changed to the new icon around DP4
