notifications sort won't stick...

I have set notifications to manual sort:

however, if I move the stock widget to the bottom of the "in notifications center", and save the setting:

when I open the notifications, the stock widget is at the top?!? When I go back to check the settings, the stock widget, has moved back UP IN THE LIST?!?:

Any have any idea what I'm doing wrong. I'd like to have the stock ticker, at the bottom of the notifications screen.

Try and hard reset (hold home/power until it restarts) and it should fix the problem.
