It would appear my notifications for messenger and Whatsapp are disabled despite full access being granted. Is anyone else having this problem?

Yes! I am having this issue on my iPhone 7. Check out the discussion here : https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/ios-background-refresh.2037072/#post-24397036

What I did is, I resetted all the settings. And when I opened those apps, I was asked to allow notifications for those apps. That fixed for a while. But after few days, it was back again, and I was missing notifications.

Apparently, this is a software bug and hopefully will be fixed in 10.3.

I am having issue of missing notifications in notification center for new mail on beta 7 since beta 1.
The notifications either dont appear in notification center, or if they appear they disappear whenever the mail app is opened or on their own after 2 minutes.
Problem is not resolved even after Reset All Settings.
