Does anyone else always turn off all notifications ? Except for phone and text?

Does anyone else always turn off all notifications ? Except for phone and text?

I have phone, text, banking, public transit delays, Uber/Lyft, alerts from my car, alerts from Apple Home for doorbell, etc, and that's about it. Everything else has notifications disabled.

I manage my notifications on my phone Anna severely limit them on watch. It can go out of hand if you allow all notifications.

Phone always on silent. All notifcations banner only, straight to notification centre.

All off on the watch.

I have most of them on and use Focus modes to shut them up whenever I'm busy. (I don't have a watch.)

Yes.
The rest, to me, are annoyances.
