My favorite Jailbreak app has been updated for ios 7.

Notifier+ is a nag/alert program for Phone, Calendar, emails and Messages. You can set how often the program alerts you to missed calls, calendar events, new emails, and new messages.

The app also features statusbar icons for missed alerts and a silent icon for when you turn off the ringer.

I'm hoping that the developer adds support for reminders in the future.

Some main features such as notification icons on lockscreen not working yet. Definitely not worth it for me unless full functionality is available (and proven to be working flawless).

Will the Silent icon show up, if you activate Silent mode from Control Center (if you use CCSettings etc) it only show up here, if i use the fysical switcher on the side.

Can't tell you since I haven't spent my bucks for Notifier+ yet ;-)

For the time being I use OpenNotifier to get indication icons in the status bar. Or if you just after the silent icon you can also look for MuteIcon.
Both showing the silent icon in the status bar when switched on from CC.

Yes, the do not disturb icon does show up.
