Notify When Left Behind not showing up for AirPods Pro w/ iPhone 11

Since my iPhone 11 has the U1 chip it should be supported. But the option isn't even showing up in the Find My app. I checked that the firmware is on 4A400 and I'm on iOS 15.1. Any ideas?
