iPhone Now one year and apple still can’t restore my data

It’s now one year and apple still fail to restore my back up iphone data from iCloud back up . Despite numerous attempts to redownload it on every new iteration of iOS it always jams - and apple refuse to give me access any other way . It’s there but I can’t get it back . All suggestions welcome. All the obvious ways have been tried including third party access ( which has been blocked since ios13 ) . The phone originally went into a loop on restarting in January 2020 and that was that.

I know it is difficult in these times of Covid, but I would go to a Genius bar and not leave until my data is on the phone.

thanks for the reply --unbelievably apple actually deleted the back ups despite agreeing not to -best option had been to access it via the european data act but instead apple deleted it despite it being an open case.

Too late now.... but what you experienced is a good reason to use another backup method in addition to iCloud such as backing up to your Mac or PC.
