I've got installed NTFS-3G old ware that works like a charm with El Capitan with those components installed (and fstab modified)

FUSE for MacOS 3.5 (updated today from 2.8)
MacFuse 2.1.9
NTFS 2010.10.2

Later I take into account that I can't write at USB NTFS drive

I've tried to reinstall home-brew but I get that

brew install homebrew/fuse/ntfs-3g
Warning: homebrew/fuse/ntfs-3g-2015.3.14 already installed, it's just not linked
Warning: You are using OS X 10.12.
We do not provide support for this pre-release version.
You may encounter build failures or other breakages.

Maybe I can reinstall when 10.12 Sierra goes Public next week?

What error message do you get exactly? From the output you have pasted, everything seems to have installed properly. Did you link the components using brew link?

After all I got working at last
- update Xcode 8
- update xquarz
- update command line Xcode
- revised brew, update and doctor
- reinstall fuse for Mac OS 3.5.1
- uninstall with archive.bom NTFS-3G 2010
- install brew NTFS-3G 2016
- force symlink it due to a error
- finally replace auto mount ntfs archive (most important step)

@alfon_sico, would you mind to state all the steps to make possible for MacOS Sierra to write on a NTFS? There's a couple of steps I did not understand, like "revised brew, update and doctor", "force symlink it due to a error" and the last one. So far Xcode 8, Xquarz, command line Xcode, Fuse 3.5.1 and NTFS-3G 2016 are installed and updated.

Thanks
