Nudient case problem

Anybody else have problems with their Nudient cover? see pictures, the paint is melting/falling off due to "warm" weather (max 25 c degrees)
I never leave the phone of in the sun ofc.. So it happened in my pocket.. Have been in contact with Nudient Customer service that claims is not it is not their fault since it first happened 7 months after I bought the cover (It have been winter, spring and under 15 degrees the first 7 months.. ?‍♂️?‍♂️

Looks to me to be repeated contact with something the coating doesnt like. Sweat, hand sanitizer, cleaning wipe, etc. I have had the exact same problems with gps’s, xbox controllers, phone cases. They all had that same type of coating on them.

I agree,

You can see that the 'ripples' are the result of contamination. This isn't due to warm weather IMO.
