MP All Models Number of fans. 2 questions.

I believe the current 13" MacBook Pro in base configuration has 1 fan. Does this model change to 2 fans and if so whats the configuration.

As a side note anybody know if this also applies to the 2019 13" MacBook Pro (scissor keyboard)
