Trying to help my dad with an issue he is having.

He made invoices long ago on his Windows PC using Excel. Now he switched to MacOS and uses Numbers.

When he opens the document in Excel and print it out it does look quite strange (see picture attatched and look how the white gets thinner and thinner)

What can We do to solve this?

This is a little confusing. The title of your thread is "Numbers print problem" but you're saying he's trying to print using Excel on his Mac? If he has opened an Excel file in the Numbers app on his Mac, he might want to save it as a Numbers file to see if that helps.

It might help to see a screenshot of the print options you're using too.

He went from Excel to Numbers.
The document was made in Excel long ago, and is saved as Numbers file now.

I attached printscreen off Print options

The print preview looks good, and the settings look appropriate too. I'm doubting it's a software issue, but more of a hardware printer issue. Could there be a print head alignment issue or a problem with the paper tray? Have you tried to print it on a different printer as a test?

or save/export as a PDF and print frm Preview. It more like the printer doesn’t get the paper straight - you can try to turn the paper over or rotate it and put it back in the tray to see wether the printer handles it better.

What printer and printer driver are you using?
