well i decided to restore my 3g, yet i havent JB it yet but i notice that the soild green battery is able to be a numeric battery, im somewhat confused about this, i only thought if your 3g was JB you can get a numeric battery

Never mind I figures out what the problem was. I did a full restore and set my iPhone as new. I figures an old back up from my JB2g got mixed in between.
