My New 27" Imac should arrive today, I ordered on 6th June and was unaware that there was the option to select the Numeric KB.

I have been on chat with Apple and it seems the only option is to cancel the whole order. My question is if I do that is it possible to use this Imac for now & place a new order - then return this one hopefully after the new order arrives? I could possibly change my order to include SSD in place of Fusion at the same time if I wanted?

For those interested : My Imac arrived today so I took it down to my local Apple store and asked about exchanging the keyboard for a numeric one.

They couldn't have been more helpful - in the end I only had to bring the country kit box into the store and they duly removed the keyboard & gave me a brand new retail boxed Numeric KB. As a bonus they only charged me £17.40 extra, looking online the price when ordering is an additional £27 (Edu Price).

Edit: Bonus 2 - I got another charging cable with the retail KB

Result!
