Hello everyone! I hope y'all are doing great and have a good mood!

I know there's a plethora of various tools for calories, and even device manufacturers now bundle devices (Apple Health, Samsung Health) with ready solutions for it.

But still... please bear with me.

Our tiny team and I see that existing apps quickly turn into big companies which don't listen to their user base, and even the smallest feature request takes a ridiculous amount of time to add or fix a bug.

Some of their features are built in such a way that it feels like they neither intended to use them themselves nor asked anybody what they thought about them.

So we believe what makes us stand out is that we listen carefully to each and every piece of feedback and criticism, and act fast and smart on it.

It features quick barcode scanner, weight charts, weekly calories consumption graph.

Our proudest core feature is an extensive food database that features helluva lot products and works pretty damn fast - both by text input and barcode scanning.

I hope I didn't bore you excessively and wish you a pleasant day! Thank you for reading.

The subscription model makes it a non-starter for me. Set a one-time price and I'll consider it. Make it a subscription and I move on.

An subscription-based app is NOT a "free offering".

That's just for TrackPro

I've been using the "non-pro" for free for almost 2 years.

I don't even know what Pro would do --- truly didn't know it existed until you just mentioned it, and I use the App 6 times per day, every single day.

Just looked it up:

"Upgrade to Track Pro to access the Coach Portal and share your Track food log with your dietitian, trainer, or other ‘coach’."

Completely unnecessary and the entire rest of the App is free.

Hello!

There is great news: we added Intermittent fasting feature for the app!

We looked at what competitors currently offer and were shocked at how inconvenient some of them are (top 5 apps).

So we simplified it a lot and made our version that is intuitive, easy-to-use, yet powerful in adjustments.

This update has already been published and available in the app. :)

Will be hard to compete against free offerings like https://www.nutri...
Thank you for your inputs, but I'm confused about the request for free products/services.
I didn't mention anywhere this product is free. It has a free tier with many features, but we don't make the product look as such.
I think it is more fair. Because competitors nickel and dime their users when they want to use this or that feature.
We have a plain subscription that you pay for and get all the features.

Why is it a subscription?
Well, because it is our daily job: answer users questions (customer support), add new products, pay for fast text-based search database, updates, optimizations, etc.
