Anyone know if nVIDIA is going to produce updated web drivers for 10.9 (Mavericks)? Seems like it's been a while since the release of Mavericks and no one has mentioned anything. Getting kinda concerned.

Why? The stock driver in Mavericks seems pretty solid, better than any Mountain Lion driver (stock or web). I'm assuming one is coming eventually, but the first ML web driver wasn't released until 10.8.1 or 10.8.2 if I remember correctly.

I can think if a reason to want one. It's called 780Ti. Currently not supported in 10.9.

There used to be a simple plust where you could add unsupported device ids. Now it is wildcard on the match and true function is elsewhere.

So, currently no easy way to add Ti support.
