Resolved NVMe not showing up

I told you I would ask a lot of questions! I promise to slow down once this machine is complete!

I put in a NVMe card with an SSD. It is read in the system analysis, but no where else. (Neither Disk Utility nor Desktop)

What am I missing here?
How do I format and install a system? (No it did not show up in the system installer either)

Did you tell Disk Utility to Show All Devices under the View button?

A search of the forums turns up one report of the Hynix P31 refusing to boot on Macs.

There's also two reviews on Amazon that mention that Hynix P31 Gold won't mount or boot on Macs.
