MP 7,1 NVME on PCIE randomly not appearing on boot.

I have a kryoM.2 evo PCIE with a Samsung NVME and sometimes it appears... sometimes it doesn't.

It's been rock solid till the last MacOS update.

It doesn't appear in Disk utility.

Any ideas what I can do?
