I was in town earlier and stopped into the O2 shop to ask about their data tariffs (seeing as they seem to be favourites for the iPhone in the UK) , I had looked on their website, and their prices are ludicrous. 1Mb included, then £3 per Mb!
That can't be right with vodafone and t-mobile offering unlimited for £7.50 per month, so I asked and they argreed it was crap, but said that they were expecting new data tariffs to be introduced in August. Which is only 2 months or so ahead of the expected UK release date.
Has there been any word on when the announcement is going to be? I'm still hoping for vodafone, so I can keep my contract and just buy the phone, otherwise I'm stuck for about 15 more months with a Nokia.
