I have an iPhone X running latest iOS 11.2 and over last few weeks sometimes phone will not ring but get a text saying missed called most times I call straight back no problem and have a decent signal. Just spoke to O2 they told me switch off do not disturb completely I only had it on on scheduled between 10pm and 8 am but have been told it needs to be off as this is an know problem with iOS anybody else have if this or are o2 talking rubbish

I have an X on Vodafone and never had this problem. I have DND set for 2100 to 0630.

O2 talking rubbish as usual. I have an X on 11.2 with O2 and DND is scheduled from 22:00 to 06:00 every weekday as it's always been. No problems whatsoever. Maybe you have a local mast problem? Check here: https://status.o2.co.uk

I use DND on an iPhone 6S on O2, never had an issue - with or without WiFI Calling.
