Obscure Email Provider on iPad?

I just bought an iPad for my Parents, and I was wondering, my Dad has an email account with our ISP, (British Telecom) And I was wondering, will his email account work on iPad? Or is it only certain email providers?

Also if BT email addresses do work, how would I go about getting the Email Server Info to input into the iPad settings?

Assuming its a standard BT Total broadband account - try these.........

Incoming POP email server: mail.btinternet.com
Outgoing SMTP email server: mail.btinternet.com (Sending email requires SMTP server authentication - you need to enter your BT Broadband account's username and password as well as your SMTP address)
