Ocasional blocks when watching converted movies.

I convert my movies from mkv to mp4 to watch them on my appletv most of the time its a pass through conversion. But on every movie i encode i get like 5 times the render blocks during the playlength of the movie. (the stuff where it misses a b frame in the compression) ive used many different encoders like subler, mp4tools, ivi and iFlicks but all with the same result.

Does anyone know what the cause of this is? I suggest its something wrong with my macbook (macbook pro 17" early 2011)
