Just purchased the above sport bands today in store. Great colours but the Ocean Blue has quite a purple tint to it in the sunlight. Is Concrete the same as Fog was? I never managed to get one of those before they vanished from the stores. (Note the smaller part of the band now has a little plastic tab on it to pretect the back of the pin.) Shown on my SBSS.

Great pics.

I think fog is much lighter than concrete, almost an off-white. Ocean blue looks similar to midnight blue, how would you describe the difference after seeing them in person?

Ocean Blue is definitely lighter than Midnight Blue, as I said it has a slight purple tint to it. I have a midnight Blue and it darkens over time so perhaps this will too. Concrete is just that. Grey. I like and will keep both of them.

Thanks, I really like both of your band choices.

It's helped me settle on my next band. I've been debating whether to get the Midnight Blue, but I'm definitely going for Ocean Blue.

I picked up the concrete and ocean the other day. I'm not 100% sold on the concrete not as grey as I would like kind of a tanish grey. I love the ocean blue however.

ocean blue looks really nice, I like it better then the midnight blue i think from the pictures.

I think it looks more blue then the midnight blue. Midnight blue looks at time almost black IMO

No, fog is definitely much lighter. Here's a crappy picture I took this morning to randomly send to a friend. The fog is in the top right along with stone and walnut.

I need to get some brighter outfits so I can get some brighter bands and not feel bad about it!

It's funny - I don't like concrete because it doesn't seem to have as much tan as the box represents. I'm just disgusted I sold my stone band when I sold my previous Apple Watch. Now I cannot get my hands on one, and it's one of my favorites.

Calibrating color for accurate photos is difficult, alas. But you would think that Apple would do it.

In the end I sold my Ocean Blue as it just looked too purple in daylight for me. Plus, over time it seems to change even more purple with wear. Especially after is gets wet and dries. I've given up on blue sport bands for now. Midnight blue also had issues where it darkened to look almost black. The other blues since initial release don't do it for me either. Concrete I love, especially with regular stainless steel.

I just ordered the Ocean Blue from Target.com (42mm), only 5 left now in that color BTW. I have Midnight Blue which is very dark. Hoping the Ocean Blue will look closer to my blue jeans for a more coordinated look. While the band price is retail there, I ended up using a few of those $5 gift cards they give out for products tagged in their weekly ads so at least my cc didn't take a full hit. Figured if I didn't order it now, chances are it will be gone from everywhere soon. Really hard to find some of these colors now.

[doublepost=1488587858][/doublepost]A month or so ago I was in Target when they had the Fog on clearance for $20 I think. I'd like a nice gray but found it to be too beige-y for my purposes (did look at the band while in Target so could have also been the lighting there) so am considering the Concrete instead. Thanks for the photos guys.

Wow that concrete band looks stunning with the Space Black! Really makes both the watch and band pop

Just got my Ocean Blue band (42mm) today and am loving it. Works much better with my jeans than the Midnight Blue. Target online only has 5 left of the 42mm and sold out of the 38. Think I will search out the Concrete one before they are gone.

Gadget Wraps now sell the Apple bands:

...with a stack of colours, including stone:

...that's the same with my Midnight Blue band - during the day, it looks like a deep dark blue but definitely blue, however, in the evenings and especially indoors, it looks almost black. I sometimes hold it against my black band and remark at how little difference there is between the two!!!

The gadget wraps bands are knockoffs. Anyone looking for stone colored bands, there's a bunch of real Apple ones BNIB on Amazon for $24.99. I wouldn't pay $20 for a knockoff, especially when I can get Apple brand bands for $24.99 or good knockoffs on Amazon for under $10.

My open box concrete band just delivered from Best Buy. And wtf, they charged me $41.99 but the box has a sticker that says $37.99 on it.

Edit: contacted Best Buy. They are refunding me the difference. This band was open box but unused as the plastic was still attached to the band. Good deal for $37. They have more on their website or eBay for sale.

Concrete sports band...is it nice and feel thick like WHITE sports band or does it feel flexy like midnight blue?
