Alright here's the deal..

Apple is giving me strict instructions not to update my iPhone... Until they contact me... here's why...

There is something on their activation server that is preventing my phones from re-activating. For some reason the ONLY time that my phone can be activated is when I am given a new replacement in store...

They are claiming that this is not a common situation but they are also claiming that I am not the only individual affected by it. Now if this was the case I would suspect to see someone else posting about this SOMEWHERE....

has anyone else experienced this issue and had it resolved?
