Odd Bug With iPad OS Search?

Just used the search/Spotlight function from the home screen to open a video and it opened the wrong one. Same TV series, wrong clip.

I've got a bunch of Top Gear clips and searched for the one I wanted, the only one on the results page. Pressed the little result to open it and it opened another Top Gear clip at random?

It does this every time, a different one from the one I've selected. MP3's work fine, but not videos.

Anyone else get this?
