Odd permanent line near Dock..ughhh!

I have a macbook pro retina 15" running Yosemite.

I just noticed a permanent "graphic" line near the dock area. I first though it was Dock related, so I resized the Dock and the line was still there in that same spot. I changed backgrounds but its still there.

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this line?
