Since updating to iOS 11, I've been having strange repeated voicemail notifications. Normally, I will get a notification of a new voicemail an then a repetition 2 minutes later...then it's done. But since upgrading to iOS 11 notifications for old un-listened voicemails continue to pop up at random times, sometimes days later. It seems sometimes to be related to reconnecting to a Wi-Fi network (for instance, when I arrive home), but other times there's no discernible cause. Has anyone else experienced this behavior, or does anyone have any ideas for fixing it short of a complete re-install?

I sometimes see this after an update. Old unlistened VM's are placed back into queue.
For me, AT&T never gave me a decent explanation just said it was based on status then date.
I just clean them back out and carry on.

It happened twice today with E-mail notifications; I received new notifications for three messages that had been in my inbox for several hours.

I have the same VM notifications on the iPhone 8 as well. In the past, I have never seen repeated notifications for my unheard VM. T-Mobile subscriber here.
