Odd Screen Display Issue w/ new Mac Mini

I have been getting a very strange display issue with my new Mac Mini (2.53/4gb).The screen highlights pulse colors and seem to be getting "blown out" whenever I go for the dock, especially when I am playing video. I have made some videos for example.

I can recreate this issue on both the mini-display & mini-DVI ports going to DVI. I have also tried on multiple screens and have had the same issues. Could this be an issue with the video card? I also did a full hardware check with the Apple Hardware Test from the install CD. Everything checked out OK.

Has anyone seen this kind of issue before? Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I am trying to avoid a trip to the genius bar...

The only way I can think of to tell if it's a video card, GPU, or display problem would be to use screen capture software to capture the defects, rather than the video recorder. I know there's CamStudio for PC but I don't know of one off the top of my head for Mac. If you capture your Mac Mini doing this via a screen capture program (proving it's a hardware problem, not a display problem), get to the Apple store asap!

I have had this happen on 3 different screens (I had some spares to check with) and all have had the same issue, so I think it's safe to say its the Mini. Could a fresh OSX install help? Could it be a driver issue with 10.6?
