Just installed ML on my 2012 13" Macbook Air and I'm having issues with the sound.
Basically, it just sounds like everything is 'low quality'. As if you're listening to speakers with blown tweeters, or streaming a video at low bandwidth.
I first noticed the system sounds were sounding a little dull. Then I tried youtube, iTunes, mp3s with finder preview, and they all had the same result.
Plugged in headphones and they sounded fine though.
First I installed ML as an update and then I done a clean install hoping to eliminate this problem.
Is this a software problem or have I fried my laptop's speakers somehow?
Additional info - Last time I listened to something was about 12 hours before I installed ML. Everything worked fine.. left my laptop on overnight, woke up and it was dead. Charged it up, installed ML and noticed this issue while I was deleting some folders. I remembered the trash can system sound being a little more crisp. And then I realised everything was sounding crappy...
If someone could help me with this issue, I'd greatly appreciate it.
