hi- has anyone else experinced this: i have a first gen phone running the latest OS ... (not 3.0).. if i turn my phone off, and then try to power it back on, if the head phones are in or the usb plug in, it wont turn on.. i need to make sure nothing is plugged into the phone... apple tells me i need to restore the software but then i'll lose my programs right? will it do any other damage to my phone?
