Hey guys, I'm wondering if there are any rules about offering commercial services on MacRumors?

I would like to offer a commercial MacPro firmware reconstruction service, ala tsialex. Because this would be competition for him, I don't want to cause any problems, does he have a special arrangement?

Are there any stipulations to how I can market?

thanks!

Thankyou! I did see those, but I figured there must be some sort of loophole as it's not a personal promotion but an end-user service. I'll just have to abide the rules then : )

EDIT: It seems like there are some special provisions for developers, but since tsialex has not actually released anything, I'm not sure if that counts.

As you mentioned, the guidelines for software developers would apply.
