Office 2004/Safari trouble/Onyx

My iBook is acting like a Windows computer! Strange things are starting to happen...

It started a couple of days ago, when safari started to crash whenever I downloaded something. Then Excel/Word (Office 2004) stopped working (the dock icon bounces, but nothing happens). A "Microsoft Error Reporting" program is launched too, but is not responding. Then I tried to launch OnyX, to repair permissions, but OnyX doesn't load either! I used Disk Utility to repair permissions, but that didn't help. I have no idea what to do, or why this is happening (haven't done any updates or anything like that lately). Can anyone in my favorite forum help me?

Edit: Sorry about the stupid title...
 
Hmmm... multiple problems might be signs of more severe problems, like failing RAM or HD (what does Disk Utility tell you about your SMART status?)...

One thing you might try is to log in as another user on your Mac (make another account if you have to) and see if the problem persists.

Using another account didn't help, but SMART status is OK. I don't like this...

Is there anything else I could try?

Thanks for your advice so far!

It's an ibook 12", 1,33 Ghz, 80Gb HD, 1,5Gb RAM (built-in + 1Gb Kingston).
I "ran out" of HD space the other day, but now there's 15Gb free space.

I just noticed two more things: The bluetooth module can't be turned off, and if I try to press "About this computer" ("Om denne maskinen") in the Apple menu, the computer logs off...
