Hi

We have office 2016. We have one iMac with two user accounts. Office 2016 is currently installed on the First User account.

Can I also install it for the second user, without having to purchase a subscription? If so, how do I do this?

Thanks

Jay

If it is on the same computer it should just work? Applications are not in the user folder.

You should be able to log into the other user and open it? You may have to quit if open in the other user folder.

If it was installed correctly you should just be able to open Finder and go to the Applications folder and it should be there on any user.
