Hi,

I have 5 colleagues that have just upgraded their office from 2010 - 2016. there is a slight problem, when they go to print an excel document to A3 - the document does not scale to fit, it is just compressed in the top left corner. We have tried all options and can not find anything. we're printing to xerox 7845 printers. Our printer engineer does not think this is printer related plus we all have the latest printer drivers etc. If anyone has any suggestions that would be great

Thanks,

Under "Page Setup...", create a custom paper size that is 9x11 (instead of using default 8.5x11). Then when print, under the drop down menu select "Paper Handling" and select "Scale to fit paper size". Then click "Print". The total width will be visible on an 8.5x11 paper.

Reason: Outlook masks out the excessive width on the right. If you export it as PDF and open it in Adobe Illustrator, the data is there and it's just hidden behind the mask. So by fooling Outlook to think it's 9" wide, then the entire width of email data will be printed on an 8.5x11 paper.

I tried these solutions above but nothing works. I made a custom size paper as well. I'm printing to a 12x18 size but the page stays at 8.5 x 11.

I tried your suggestion above but nothing is working. My app is up to date, my printer driver is up to date. I'm trying to print an excel sheet on 12x18 paper. It is still tucked in the left hand corner at 8.5 x 11 size. I even made a custom size.

My co-worker can print a this file that will fit page height to 1 and page width to 0 and the file prints fine for him (he has a PC version).

I've uploaded a screen capture of this.

Solution: print to PDF in A4 format -> open in Preview -> change to A3 -> fit to page -> print
